Returns & Refund Policy

At Toysin, we want you and your children to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

 

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our Sydney-based support team:

  • Response Time: We will respond to your request within 1 business day.
  • Next Steps: Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, Toysin will cover the cost of return shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
  • Issuance: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please remember it can take 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened personal care products (such as teething toys or hygiene-related items).

  • Clearance items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
